Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using evons.gg, cards.evons.gg, rules.evons.gg, esports.evons.gg, or evons.gg/early-access (collectively, "the Sites"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites. The Sites are operated by EDX Media Srls, Italy (P.IVA IT13762650961).

2. Use of the Sites

The Sites provide information about Evons, a card game, and tools to browse card data and read rulebook content. You agree not to:

• ·Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose.
• ·Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Sites.
• ·Scrape or reproduce card data or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• ·Represent that your content is officially associated with Evons or EDX Media without authorization.

3. Intellectual Property & Fan Content

All card artwork, game design, rules, logos, and branding associated with Evons are the intellectual property of EDX Media Srls. The Evons name and logo are trademarks (™) of EDX Media Srls.

Content creation is free and encouraged. You may freely create gameplay videos, streams, guides, tutorials, reviews, fan art, and any other community content about Evons — including monetized content (e.g. YouTube ad revenue, Twitch subscriptions, sponsored videos) — without prior permission. Clearly identify your content as fan-made and not an official Evons product.

Commercial use of Evons assets — selling merchandise that features Evons card artwork or logos, incorporating Evons visual assets into paid products, or using Evons branding in ways that imply official endorsement — requires prior written permission from EDX Media Srls. Contact hello@evons.gg.

4. Disclaimer

The Sites are provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Sites are free of errors. Card data and rulebook content are subject to change as the game evolves.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDX Media Srls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Sites.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
